Oilers hire Fleming

The Edmonton Oilers have a rich and deep coaching staff today with the addition of Wayne Fleming. Already solid at the position with Pat Quinn and Tom Renney, the addition of Fleming means this club is going to have men of exceptional experience overseeing this group all winter. Also, it gives Kelly Buchberger another mentor in what has become a series of brilliant career moves for the man with a heart as big as all outdoors.

He also looks a little like Merv Griffin and the Oilers now have the recent Jaromir Jagr coaching tree covered.
