Another one on the Skellett
The Oilers added another undersized skill forward to their list of incoming players today but it wasn’t Mike Comrie.
Jordan Skellett has a pretty impressive track record as a prospect and it’s a bit of a surprise the young man isn’t in Vancouver’s camp again this fall.
Either way, he’s 5.11, 190 and a playmaker with a quick release, lacks foot speed. He’ll be at the Oilers rookie camp beginning this weekend and will certainly be a player to watch.

Listed at 203lbs on the OHL website.
1989 birthdate, only 45 points in 55 games last season. Is a career -57 in the OHL and has never been a plus player; his 45 points this season represent a career high.
Not a player of interest by the numbers, anyways, although those ones are admittedly cursory. What makes him a prospect?
He's a skill guy, good hands. The scouting buzz on him was very good in 2007 but he had a poor season and hasn't done enough since. He did get some attention in Vancouver's rookie camp a year ago though, so he's a player of interest.
As for being a pro prospect, well that's what we are about to find out.
Undersized? Skill forward? Hands? Lacks footspeed?
Bullshit LT, you just got Punk'd.
That's sugartits, who in an effort to get a fresh start with a new coaching staff has changed his name.
dorito: lol. They can find these guys at midnight in a snowstorm. They can't play them all, but they can find them.
As per the pic, he does bring to the table the ability to break guys in half. That guy in red looks… uncomfortable.
i might be behind the times, but does anyone know when the oil start training camp? is it around town or out in the boonies again?
The other player in the photo is likely the top pick in 2010's draft.
He blew up Taylor Hall?
I say we keep this guy, just so we can keep Colorado scared…
