Nielson Passes

It’s a bad night for Regina, and everyone with a funnybone. Leslie Nielson (born in the Queen City 1926) has passed away. He’ll be in heaven later tonight, where the white zone is for immediate loading and unloading of passengers only. There is no stopping in a red zone

Leslie Nielson said so many funny things. My favorite was always “this is your last chance. And I’m not talking about one of those Major League Baseball Steve Howe kind of last chances.”

His brother Erik–not nearly as funny but an excellent politician– passed away in 2008.

The world is a less funny place. RIP.
