OILERS AT NO. 126: TYLER TULLIO

by Lowetide

Another skill pick for the Oilers, this time a player I ranked No. 53 overall. He is an undersized center, a playmaking forward with plus skills. He’s a completely different player than Savoie, Red Line mentions “excellent speed and great edge control” and compares him to Paul Byron. His NHLE is 28.2 and 27 of his 66 OHL points were goals. Will need to add strength, but I looked and there’s not much to be critical about beyond size.

Interesting tidbit, Tullio’s father owns the Generals, so PT won’t be an issue

Did you get the first Lavoie/Savoie mix up out of the way already, LT? Nice!

Curious why Tullio is listed as USA, he’s Cdn born and played for Canada at the U 17s

Kahun apparently not qualified by Buffalo; I’d be into that on first glance!
